- 1 - Blender full of Ice
- 1 can(s) Frozen Orange Juice
- 1 can(s) Captin Morgan Rum
- 1/2 can(s) Sugar |

| Fill a blender up to the top with ice. Add one can of frozen orange juice. Then using the same can, add one can of Captin Morgan Rum. Then add 1/2 can of sugar and blend to a smooth texture. |
