- 2 shot(s) Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 shot(s) Vodka
- 1 shot(s) Midori
- 1 shot(s) Banana Liqueur
- 2 dash(es) Coconut Liqueur (opt)
- 1/2 part(s) Milk |

| Instructions |
| Combine all ingredients except for the milk in a shaker filled a third of the way with ice. Shake vigorously, and fill to the top with milk. Shake once again and serve in oversized shot glasses. |
