- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz Frangelico
- Fill glass(es) Heavy Cream (un-whipped) |

| Instructions |
| Pour 1/2 ounce Amaretto, 1/2 ounce Frangelico into shot glass. Either pour cream slowly over the back of a spoon to layer on top of the liquor or mix cream thoroughly into the liquor. When unmixed, it gives a slightly alcoholic, warm/cool contrast. When mixed it is smooth, nutty, cool & creamy. |
